(I was depressed and eating to suppress the depression... and then I heard the angels and began to eat out of excitement because something new was happening to me)
When you are 'human' and connect with the 'other realm', your mind and body become excited with energy that you begin to think that you can eat whatever you want and it will not affect you.
We say, if you eat more than you should in one setting, you'll be tired in 15 minutes. Your body and mind become drowsy from the carbohydrate overload you just gave to that "brilliant mind" of yours.
We ask... if you are going to eat, think of your brain as a power button and connector to the Universe. Then give it approximately 300 - 400 calories of pure loving food at one setting.
